JoCo & Paul and Storm

Wow, am I wiped out. We got to bed around one, and daycare kids show up soon-ish or we would still be in bed.

Totally worth it. That was a great time, and the crowd had a great vibe. If you are in Madison or Chicago you should try to go see the Jonathan Coulton show as it is heading your way next this weekend.

The best bit here was a spontaneous moment when JoCo asked what song the audience wanted to hear, and picked "Soft Rocked by Me," though admitting he had not rehearsed it. He had Paul & Storm come out to back him up (as he did several times), and then got one verse out before faltering and admitting he couldn't remember the next bit. Then they segued into "Peaceful Easy Feeling" by the Eagles and proved they were very good at soft rocking us.
