Special Thanks

Go to my friends for their various perspectives...

I wound up going to a movie today, MIB2. I was lukewarm on the whole thing, but it didn't suck.

Tonight I had dinner with my folks, and a nice, though slightly over-warm walk afterwards.

When I came home, I caught the latter 3/4 of "A Beautiful Mind," as Fabby and his girl were already watching it when I entered. For whatever reason, I had very little interest in seeing it earlier this year, despite the Oscars and all. I enjoyed what I saw of it, but will have to catch the first 1/4 at some later point. In some way it bothers me that I will know the movie in that disjointed, first-part-last way.

I think it bothers me in the same way having a series of novels, but only the last one in hardback...
